People suffering the aftermath of storm

Hurricane Igor: Brought many residents to the street as their houses were flooded due to the heavy rain and wind blowing at the speed of 163km per hour. People had no power supply for 3 days and many disasters happened. Lot of people and police took efforts in helping the region out but due to the poor weather hampered many of their efforts. "Igor" a most heartening and sad thing to ever happen.
